Recently renovated, Refúgio do Tibéu is a private holiday home located in the peaceful village of Calheta, in a very quiet and sunny area. It's the perfect spot for a couple or a family of up to four. You'll be close to several tourist attractions, including the fantastic local beach. The location makes it easy to explore the island, whether by the sea or the mountains, as well as walks along the "levadas" and local trails. We look forward to welcoming you to our home on this beautiful island. The house has everything you need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and a dedicated workspace. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and step-free access for greater accessibility. Enjoy the 100 m² garden with sea and mountain views, a peaceful place to watch the sunset. There's also a covered terrace and a private balcony for relaxing. You're close to everything you may need: supermarket, restaurants, hospital, pharmacy, beach (5 minutes), and café (1 minute). On-site and street parking are available, and self check-in makes arrival easy. Families will find a cot, high chair, toys, and children's books. The garden features fruit trees and local fruits, a leisure area with a small barbecue, table, chairs, and 2 sun loungers for sunny days. We're always available to help and answer your questions before and during your stay. Airport transfer and cleaning services during your stay are available for an extra fee. Events are not allowed. From October 1, 2024, a Municipal Tourist Tax applies per night and per person (from age 12), up to 7 nights per booking.
